• You must provide all necessary materials and timely feedback

4. Payment

• 50% deposit required to start
• Remaining balance due upon completion
• Additional revisions or services billed separately
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your original content
• You must own or have rights to all provided materials
• We retain rights to our editing techniques
• We may include work in our portfolio unless specified otherwise

6. Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions included
• Additional revisions charged at hourly rate
• Major changes may require new project scope

7. Delivery

• Final files released upon full payment
• Work delivered in agreed-upon formats
• Projects archived for 30 days after completion

8. Liability

• Our liability is limited to fees paid
• We're not responsible for indirect damages
• No guarantee of specific results

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and maintain privacy.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate with written notice
• Payment required for completed work
• Unused deposit may be forfeited

11. Legal
